As the structural designers, we collaborated closely with the developer and Trinders to deliver a new workshop tailored to their operational needs and workflow efficiency. The facility comprises a 2,500 m² workshop and 500 m² office space, complemented by extensive paved yard areas designed for functionality and accessibility.

  • Design of crane runway beams.

  • Design of mezzanine floors for storage.
