We worked closely with the client, architect, and contractor to develop a structural design for this high-quality residence. The design incorporates foundations suited to a mixed cut-and-fill site, expansive door openings, and bracing systems to support stone cladding. Early collaboration with the contractor during the design phase enabled us to create a solution optimised for restricted site access, material availability, and an assembly process aligned with the construction schedule.
