Berryfields Silky Otter & Joe’s Garage

A design and build project for high profile area in Berryfields Subdivision. Acoustic design of connections for structural elements were critical to the success of the project with need for soundproofing of each individual cinema, while maintaining overall integrity of the structure. Food and beverage areas to the west including Joes Garage building all had their own specific design requirements with bespoke fit out requirements. VSE worked with Gibbons and Ignite Architects to refine and deliver an outstanding complex.
