750 LQS Spec Build

This project was a design and build for Gibbons Property with flexibility in mind. With no specific tenants at the time of construction, a simple yet flexible arrangement of the building structure for multiple or one big tenant was important. Internal walls are designed for simple removal should a bigger space be required in future.
